Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: The services provided by Mail Surge include sales email writing, newsletter creation, and custom email design, as outlined in the contract.

2. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by Mail Surge can be made through Fiverr Workspace or via subscription for ongoing services. Payment for single projects is also accepted. Pricing for each package is specified in the contract.

3. Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for each service is as specified in the contract agreed upon by both parties.

4. Revision Policy: The number of revisions included in each service package and any additional charges for extra revisions are outlined in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: The intellectual property rights for the content and designs created during the provision of services belong completely to the buyer.

6. Confidentiality: Client data is not shared with any third parties and is kept confidential by Mail Surge.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For refunds, if the engagement is below 50% compared to the client's average monthly email engagement rate, a refund may be issued as specified in the contract.

8. Limitation of Liability: Mail Surge is only liable for engagement, and if it falls below 50% of the client's monthly engagement rate, a refund may be issued as specified in the contract.

9. Termination Clause: The circumstances under which either party may terminate the agreement and the process for doing so are outlined in the contract.

10. Indemnity: Mail Surge is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of its services. Clients may request revisions as specified in the contract.
